Description:
This track is an hommage to the German composer Hugo Distler (1908-1942) a most gifted vocal composer, who couldn't stand the pressure of the Nazi-Regime's cultural and educational policy and committed suicide in 1942 in the face of threatning military draft.
The lyrics are by Eduard Moerike (1804-1875)

It was also a very sad story.
