Description
I wrote this song after a chance meeting with Christina, a "mysterious" Opera singer.
We met at a choir rehearsal.
It all started when I heard this amazing soprano ringing through all of the other voices loudly and clearly.
I just had to meet the person behind that voice!
I finally met her and we talked about music and had a lot in common.
We exchanged numbers and ,(much later), I finally mustered up the courage to call her.
Eventually, we started dating.
She was having a very turbulent year with a lot of "violent" changes happening,
which inspired me to write this song.
The general idea is basically about the ability for people to determine "The Truth" from "Lies."
It seems that sometimes we forget how to do this and we try to see events in our life the way we want, instead of the way things really are, which can put us in very compromising positions.
This is a song for Christina and about her life.
----------------------
I want to thank Drakonis (Eduard) for taking the time to preview a rough version of this piece.
Without his excellent suggestions it never would have turned out so polished.
I also want to thank Christina for singing the soprano parts on this song.
;-)

Lyrics
Do you know how long it's been?
Do you feel how long it's been?
Do you see how long it's been?
To be
To see
To know the Truth
-------------
Do you feel it?
-Everytime.
Can you see it?
-In your eyes.
Do you shiver?
-Down your spine.
Can you wait?
-One more time.
Do you feel how long it's been?
Do you see how long it's been?
To be
To see
To know the Truth
-------------
Do you feel it?
-Everytime.
Can you see it?
-In your eyes.
Do you shiver?
-Down your spine.
Can you wait?
-One more time.
