Description:
I re-recorded this piece. Some of the slides are more pronounced. I got the compressor to work better on this I think, looked up a few more things about my 166 compressorxl.
I put plug ins and take em out and put em in again then, decided I don't wan't them again. I got a stop it or my brain is going to go on strike:)

...that's good. Thanks for putting up your hardware configs. I'm paying attention and hope to sound as good as you. (at least production wise). I feel guilty downloading this, it sounds like something that should be paid for....
Still it's wonderful, fresh piece and amazingly played. I love it very much, thanks for sharing again!

Mr. Tiler... My ears are not the best but this sounds fantastic as it is...
I think sometimes you need to cut the chord and just say "it's done!"
Beautiful work!

I love the description. This is awesome, as usual, Bill. So rich, so lush, so expressive... Ahhh... through headphones, such a treat, thanks! :-)

Bill - if there's anything - in the world - that you can't do, would you please be sure to let me know? This version is perfection (but I probably said that about the last version too). Like I always tell you, you make it sound easy - and I know it's not! Thanks Bill!

coming from one of the most talented musician composers active on the internet. I really appreciate that alot.
Thanks so much for being such a great part of MJ!

as though you are in the room with me with that clarity and tone.... those lower notes especially have a fantastic tone and such a beautiful piece of music too. I love this as I love all your pieces, wonderfully relaxing. Thank you for the DL, regards M

With good hall ambience this time. I appreciate being able to hear what your right hand is doing more on this version (assuming you're right-handed). This will be one of my regular listens on MJ.
Thank you for it!

Thanks for being so receptive to what I am doing. And showing forth the ability to hear some difference between the two.
Thanks much
Bill
know I love this work...

This has to be one of the most assured performances that I've heard from you - and excellently recorded as well. A joy to listen to.

...has a bit more presence than the other...sounds beautiful, Bill...don't know whether it's the compressor or whatever. The first was a beauty...this one shines.
I absolutely love this piece. Couldn't have touched my heart any deeper...

Your playing is always such a treat to listen to, Bill. This is such a nice crisp recording too. Thanks for sharing.

This is a beautiful recording both artistically and technically. The sound you are getting from the guitar is nicely balanced...no boominess but with a clear sounding bass...and the playing of course is wonderful.
