soft slow sadness... juxtaposed with the child's laughter. Definitely feels depressing. The constant synth washes in this are good at first, but about 1/2 way through, I was expecting a change in texture or key, it became a little too "homogenous", too flat. I really liked the slow guitar work on this. I would just suggest a little more slow morphing of the synth sound to keep interest through the end.

actually I agree with what you said happens to the synth feelings in the second half of the song, but there was a point of view behind the writing of this track, which was make the need of beat or change in the listener, but keep him waiting, and make him a feeling of need in him throughout the song, the reason is actually the genre of the work, it was supposed to tell a way of living, a life.

Then you succeeded. Listening made me a little uneasy, and anxious. I was trapped, hoping for a change to happen, but I could do nothing about it. Perhaps you are too good at conveying the feeling of anxiety. :-)

Nice background, I love these synth sound very much and also a good guitar playing but was wishing to hear more Yangwie's licks here.. just a personal thought about such type of music. I love this piece!

i'm sitting here picturing Carlos Santana jamming with Brian Eno. This is really pretty and sad, and so picturesque. perfect for a soundtrack. great job. [ Reply to This ]

Very nice sounds and very expressive. Reminds me of System 7. The guitar is very nice and goes with the music well. Well done, its very nice. [ Reply to This ]

your work continues to draw me to a very painful place to observe by drawing me there by the most amazing musical work. the child's laughter was a very effective vehicle here and well used i think. you are able to paint a picture i need to see altho it can sadden me deeply ... what i am trying to say is well done on an incredible audio journey.... i am so glad you are here and opening up the world a bit more for some of us more fortunate global citizens. your work reminds me constantly i have brothers and sisters i need to understand much better ... excellent and emotional piece of work ... thank you so much for allowing me to travel to your world.
