Description:
Dave came over and recorded some fat riffs, and i tried to build a song around it - this is the result.
Excuse the vocals - they're obviously not finished - theyr'e just there for reference and i got a bit carried away with the echo effect.

Beat reminds me of Deep Purple. Very nice guitar work. Hope to here the version with the finished lyrics, sounds like you have a really great song building here.

Good guitar work. Nice riffs in particular. It's good to hear something that goes beyond just strumming chords.
You vocals sound fine, but they're buried too deeply in the mix.

I think the vocals work just fine! I mean I'm sure they could get some clean up and be brought a little more front but wow... they work and sound great!
This is going to be a GREAT tune and I simply cannot wait for the final. I'm gonna download this as is though... It is simply too good to not have on the iPod.
In my job (SW engineer) there are times I need a pick me up and this song really got me going and ready to work this morning!!!

.. love that 'groove on' section starting 01:29 in particular .. your an excellent singer too .. so I can't wait to hear the final with the vocals more up front. I too hear a bit of a poppier Deep Purple aka. Kula shaker... groovy riffage Dave. Mix is good .. although
I note the vocals aren't where they should due to not being final. Definitely worth keeping working on, imo.
Vocal style in this reminded me a little of an old band-mate of mine, who is at MJs now: steck.
