Description:
A song i made about all aspects i see in girls. Ahaha, mostly a couple put together. I have noticed that on the bridges and possibly on some other points i mixed it too loud, and there might be some distortion. I also might add that the drums are not perfect...sorry...

This song is VERY cool. I read in your profile that you're aiming for creating unique music and you certainly achieved that goal with this song. I love the flute/synth/whatever thing at the end. and by loved it I mean it was too rad for words. "perfect" drums would (imho) do the song a disservice. They add to the song more than "perfect" drums would. Welcome to MJ, you're definitely an artist to watch out for!

It's a fun song, upbeat music with a twisted message... the panned voice was a little weird in headphones, but not too distracting... great guitar work (except that it was clipping a little). I liked the synth flute-thing at the end, and almost think it would sound better just before the last chorus, instead of at the very end, or in both places. You've got a good clear enjoyable singing voice too, nice harmonies. Welcome to Macjams!

I don't think you have much to worry about in regards to being pigeon-holed, especially around here and especially as your unique musical and world view shines undeniably through your music.

All sorts of images came through while listening, including a few harmonizing Kurtis clones hanging out in your basement with you singing along.

this is very fun. I really liked the vocals and the way you moved them all over the place. Great tune, catchy melody and fun lyrics. For me it's a little like The Strokes or Ok, Go but lighter. haha - don't mind me. I like it a lot and look forward to hearing more from you. Welcome to MacJams!

I really like this - good words and a solid recording - good playing and vocalising (good harmony too). The only bit I'd think about a bit more is the panning of lines in the verses. What you've done (panning left and right alternatively) is a good idea, I just think you might have pushed it a little too far - maybe just reduce it a little. You've got solid production skills, and my hat is off to anyone who can play and record live drums.

You probably know all this stuff, but yeah, the chorus is distorted. Just turn down your master volume a tad and that should fix that. Drums go a bit out of time in the instrumental break, which is emphasized by the ride cymbal, but it fits into the Moldy Peaches mould, lo-fi and cool. Reminds me of the Juno soundtrack, which isn't at all bad. Sorry to refer to another artist in describing your song, since it's more original than all that. It's the sign of a bad reviewer, which is more my problem than yours. Cool stuff!
