Description:
I’m having a new guitar built for me by afriend. This jam was a first trial playing his Tele to get a feel for what mine will be like. He is now halfway finished creating a custom guitar with tobacco pipe inlays.
I guess this outburst was simply a personification of this curvy guitar just to then objectify it.

The new guitar will be a Swamp Ash body Tele with Maple neck and Rosewood fret board--both neck and bridge with ’59 humbuckers...
This picture shows the large pipe inlay on the upper fret board. There is also a ½ bent billard represented on the back of the tail stock and 2 opposing ¼ bent pipes at the 12th fret.

very Plant-like (no, not a geranium!). The guitar sounds great, and it sounds like your new one will be fantastic. Good playing on this tidy little 3 piece. Would like to hear a little more of Jared. Is this a live recording or track by track? Sounds live, in which case your vocals are even more impressive.

Real Rock and Roll. I love it. The guitar is beautifully dirty. Can't wait to see the finished product. I love the pipe motif!

pretty good solid tune to me. vocal delivery is great. I do think the drums could possibly come up a extra decibel. minor deal. the new guitar has a great warm tone, nice!

and superb vocal - the bass is a bit lost in there.
Very jealous about your new guitar, you must be itching to get your hands on the finished product - looks great.

the guitar sounds great. good tone too. awesome vocals with real intensity. great song, dude. I hear Plant, Bono, and even Hendrix in your vocal style. a nice variety of influences if you ask me!

you guys are sooo obviously talented. why don't you go into a studio? you could save lotsa money by doing it mostly live off the floor. (just overdub an extra guitar and bg vox as needed.) seriously! just choose 10 of your best, practise them like hell, get in and do it. you could even just do the live off the floor stuff at the studio, take the files back and overdub at home. get someone talented and cheap to mix it (i dunnow, someone who comes to mind... me. :) sorry, did i just call myself talented. :-\

anyway, good tune yet again. great musicianship and your vocal range is outta this world. but consider what i'm saying. digital distribution could be your friend. it could help pay for the 'pipe dream' guitar. (i know this goes against your ideals and sense of integrity, but make it 10 of your catchiest tunes. why not make some money? just a thought.)

I hear a lot of different influences, although this has a real original vibe to it, like all those influences in a Rock n Roll stew. Great song and performance. I love the live performance it sounds like you found the sweet spot in the room for that NT4.
