A song with harmonise... The music is simplicity and fits so well to your singing/lyrics.

Thanks for sharing.

cool &mdash 07/25/08 - 04:41:23 PM
i really like the song, and the guitar parts and your vocals. you did a great job, especially in a couple of hours. my only criticism (constructive of course), is that the main bass line is exactly the main bass line and hook from an old Journey song (street lights, people... don't stop believing i think it's called). not that I'm against borrowing, but it kept intruding on my enjoyment of a really well sung, great song. really like your voice.

Wow. I've never been a Journey fan and have never heard that song. I'll have to look it up now though.

Sorry. I'm on my phone and somehow posted that a bunch of times.

look too young to have been a Journey fan (my wife loves them in a "isn't this funny sort of way". don't worry, I didn't think you were being a thief or anything.
here's a link to it, check it out and totally trip out :

Nice tune, Brent &mdash 07/26/08 - 11:33:23 PM
and it's good to see you active again, as far as Mac Jams is concerned. Been wanting to tell you that I've been covering "I just want To Love You Today" at various gigs I've been playing, and it's always been well received. People love it. Love this tune too. Keep sending our way what you've done. It is a blessing. Terry

Cute song &mdash 07/27/08 - 09:21:25 AM
A simple song but enjoyable.

The piano is a tad mechanical. Completely programmed? If you play it in you get some irregularities in attack and timing that make it sound more human.
