Anoukh posted this groove on another site some time ago and gave me permission to work with it. Initially, I just thought to add some funky bass and guitar - but then stumbled upon a concept piece. I attended a translation seminar over the summer and someone made the point that when Hebrew or Aramaic was translated to English, often the clauses were changed around, thus perhaps changing original meaning. So the chants in this piece are re-ordered clauses from the first few verses of Genesis - which works in interesting tandem with Anoukh's "you got it." Let us know what you think.
