Description:
I made this 2 months ago. At the time i exported this thing, I had worked on the idea too much and got so sick of it. And after I added so much crap to it but I still like this stage the most. The name? The square-triangle wave bongo-ish synth made me think of submarines. And water, hence hydropolis because the strings made me think of a huge city.

Glad you like it! I was worried about some EQ issues with the bassdrum. How does it sound on your end?
I am not a music expert- so am unable to help you on that score
Also I have to go out now- so hopefully someone who is an expert may help you further . All I know is that I love it as it is. I had my earphones in and it sounded ok to my two ears.

Sounds good maybe some more treble, but I think you have pretty neat knack on the bass just some more treble. Very nice Club trance dance tune... Cheers

great track, you don't need any treble. i'm listening and the bass is totally kicking on my end. sounds great. love when the rhythm drops and it's just strings and that percussive synth, cool track.

In my headphones i cant find anything wrong eq-wise. The production seems pretty much flawless to me. Believe it or not i actually really enjoy trance, especially when i'm painting or drawing, and will definitely be adding this to the collection. Great pan work by the way, really created a nice wide soundscape. Great drops too.

Glad you like this. This is actually an early stage of a song that I was working. I realized later that this stage was the best, and saw that I had added far too much extra stuff to it. Looking back 6 months, I like it much better now than I did right after I made it. Anyway thanks for taking time to comment. Where I live NOBODY knows what trance is and I have no one to share my music with except... macjams!
