Smooth, soothing music! You show the ability to write good melodies without trying to overload the musical spectrum. This is great as is but two minor suggestions. One it was maybe a little overlong since the theme didn't change much. Two - a bridge somewhere in the middle with a different chord structure even if it was only for a short time would serve to empathize the main structure even more by giving us a little contrast.
Please don't misunderstand. This is a very nice piece of music and if you didn't change a thing it would still be good. And don't think for a moment that I haven't been guilty of the very same things I write about. It is so much easier to critique other's work rather than your own.

I'm a little cautious of changing anything cos i don't want to alter the tone / feel.
I'm gonna give it a crack with your suggestions and see how it turns out. Thanks for the critique it's always good to get positive feedback.

...I reckon your guitar playing expresses everything you'd like to convey...
...
to utilise midi instruments is a fine thing, however, Brendan, your various guitar sounds amount to very much what you're trying to convey anyway!
A lovely tune & heartfelt..
Cheers,
Alf
