Description
If you listened to my last song, I wrote about how I’m going through a divorce. A very fertile subject for songwriting. I’m going to go all Elvis Costello “Blood & Chocolate” and write an entire record about my divorce. This is the first song I’ve written/recorded in my new place, which has an extra office space that I’ve set up as a studio. I’d take a picture of it but my ex has the digital camera.

Lyrics
Go out and stay out all night
Go out and hide the body
Go out and stay out, that’s right
And dig the grave around me
A monument to money
All the signs say, “Goodbye,” but we say, “Anymore?”
Criticize a dark cell
Because it isn’t locking
Common complications
We are uncompromising
Buried underneath us
A skeleton of raw meat
Maybe it will grow now
Into a soul worth our needs
All the signs say, “Goodbye,” but we say, “Anymore?”
I don’t want to be the one who says goodbye to my own daughter
Go out and hide the body
Go out and stay out, that’s right
And dig the grave around me
A monument to money
All the signs say, “Goodbye,” but we say, “Anymore?”
Criticize a dark cell
Because it isn’t locking
Common complications
We are uncompromising
Buried underneath us
A skeleton of raw meat
Maybe it will grow now
Into a soul worth our needs
All the signs say, “Goodbye,” but we say, “Anymore?”
I don’t want to be the one who says goodbye to my own daughter

the divorce. Hopefully it turns up some good music creation. Sad it has to come from that though.
This is a nice piece. Love the ahhh chorus... Very clean!
Good sounds in this.
