Lyrics
(It's a ) Lazy summer day
(and I'm) Sitting on the porch sipping lemonade through a straw.

The breeze is warm (and it's) pushing me along.
I sing a little song.

Doo doo doo doo.....

A bird flies to a tree. (He's) following his friend.
They chirp so joyfully.

All day long I look and see people walking (and) chatting happily.

And I sing a song.

Doo doo dooo doooo.......

On the curve
This reminds me of Voice of the Beehive, with the tight
harmonies. Thetuning on the background voices could be
more exact, but the overall sound is lovely. After listening,
I went back to your other two pieces, and you production
is getting stronger. Some nice stuff.

On the curve
Thanks for commenting. I'm trying to work harder on the production! I
guess I'd much rather just spend my time swingin on that porch swing
instead, eh? hee hee Nah-- well-- yeah-- but-Im trying! Thanks

sounds like summer 2 me
porch swings are woderful things.
Love the background vocals and the use of space between
words - makes it sound humid for some reason.

best 2 minutes i've had in a while.

Very nice, I liked it!
A very nice song. Pleasant and happy. I like the chorus
section with the Doo doo dooos and the small
harmonies that accompanied it. more please...

lightness of being
I love your voice stylings, your wonderful harmonies, your
lazy vocal articulations that fit so perfectly into the
concept of this lazy summer happy tune. Your voice is so
wonderfully youthful, feminine and easy to listen to. There
are some distortions in the loud vocal track and yes an
occasional tuning problem in the vocals; but this is, as Suz
put it, so charming, it deserves our thanks. Amidst the
sometimes absurd intensity of much of popular music,
this lightness is so welcomed.

Overcooked
I like it's simplicity and generaly sweet and silly air.

Recording levels are MUCH too high though. Big mark
down on production values.

Turn down the mic gain and, or back away from it.

My cat loved it. She came wandering in as soon as it
started playing. Weird. Extra points for that.

the mood of a summer afternoon. Good on you for doing

So great.
Just delightful. Thanks so much for sharing! Definitely some clipping on
those vocals, that can be adjusted by backing off, turning down the levels,
or using the Peak Limiter. Other than that, I love it. Thanks!
