ziti: You have to call your sister

Blaine: all right

ziti: and tell her go to the East Orleans Deli

Blaine: whoa now we're talking

ziti: and get some of their homemade sausage
preferably the Italian sweet

Blaine: all right

ziti: the best sausage on the planet

Blaine: write that down, Con, we're gonna forget it

ziti: the best sausage on the planet

Blaine: give it to me again...

ziti: it's the East Orleans Deli
It's on the road to Nauset Beach

Blaine: that sounds like a great name for a song
"On The Road To Nauset Beach"
you got that one in your...

ziti: It's really not a good name at all Blaine...

Someone had to do it.

I got no vacation this year
Thanks for taking me along with you.

Nice intermingling of the textures here and it is really nice the way it comes back to the original theme.

This is great...
Really like the guitar tones - is that a 12 string in the first bit? The blues bit is classy too - nice strat/tele sound! I like the way the themes weave. Really cool stuff!

Now I would call this .....
... "light blues" ... interesting texture of sound you have here ..... love the little water and bird sounds ..... and then I think I almost felt that big wave when it hit .. and the "light blues" started to become more of a "midnight blues" ... very nicely done!

Um, do do , um, do, do..
Yes. Exceptionally rocking and then chill-out. Wish I was there. Expected B B King to crank out a few phrases.
Toe is tapping! Thanks.

Smooth tune
Cool in every way except one.

This is crying and begging for singing.

Like the bluesy second half very much.

yeah, you're right. there's no main melody at all.

that leaves it wide open.

maybe someone would be interested in adding a vocal?

thanks

This
This really is a journey; I totally felt like I was on the road, traveling somewhere very cool, windows down and radio on. A virtual vacation indeed. Lovely guitar sound at the beginning, and nice use of sound effects. Love the way it shifts from section to section, each on adding a different dimension, and then coming back beautifully. Very cool. Nicely done. Peace.

Ahh.. blues on the beach
and the ride there, of course. Very cool, Bill. At the end it sounded like Cape Cod in Hawaii, lots of fun! As usual, very creative and perfectly mixed. And I didn't get to go to the beach this year, and this made me feel better.:-)

Two songs for the price of one
1/ On the road

2/ Thoughts upon eating an Italian sausage

(The final mix is creative. I guess that's "Snacking on Italian sausages on the way back home"?)

Eclectic, at best. I learned some music theory at school, and read a ton about it since. I've listened to lots of music over the years. I once played guitar in an actual garage band and actually got paid to play! Once. Although live performance is an... [see more]
