Description
This was a two-fold experiment. How many unique sounds could I get out of a single patch on the Prophet '08, and just for kicks what are the limits of the arpeggiator?
Placing the arpeggiator in "assign" mode and hitting the not-so-secret "latch" function allows you to build an arpeggio one note at a time, and rather than give a simple up, down, or up-down arpeggio, allows you to arpeggiate the notes in the order played. Then it's just a matter of some effects processing: Echo and Flanger/Phaser. Simple, huh? NOT!
