Description:
A song about a friend who went on a trip and never came back...

Lyrics:
The Pink Robots took you You never came back
Travel Agent sold you a ten pack
One way ticket to instant zen

Lasa Sa Daga
Twenty five One hundreds

Lost in the blue mists across your fault line
Tanglebrain madness and black sunshine
Mind detergent and green domes
Lysergic cupcakes, you'll never come home

Electric Kool Aide, see through windowpanes
Brown bombers, birdhead, intensely insane
Yellow sunshine daydreams, candy flipping

Lost in pink blotters
Twenty five One hundreds

Lost in the orange haze
Lost in the Purple haze
Lost in the haze
Twenty five One hundreds

The orange Micro... and Mr. Natural
is going through your head

Peace tablets, snowmen, grey shields
Crystal tea, Sacrament, Strawberry fields
White dust, black star, Heavenly blue

Purple ozaline
Twenty five One hundreds

Orange wedges, Pink owsley
Mellow Yellow, Grape parfait
Blue vials, Blue stars, purple pyramid

Electric Kool Aide
Twenty five One hundreds

The pink witches took you, You never came back
Travel agent sold you the ten pack
One way ticket to the blue moons

Instant zen, yeah
Twenty five One hundreds

You'll never come back
You went off the track
You'll never come back

Twenty five One hundreds

Why Do You Think They Call It Dope? &mdash 09/03/08 - 09:02:54 PM
Sorry about your friend, but man, I'm happy about your song. You really rock.

This could be an anthem for a generation.

Really trippy stuff, no pun intended.

Tight Sound!! &mdash 09/04/08 - 01:54:35 AM
I like the energy behind this song...I find it danceable. I'd like to hear this song blasting from the jukebox at my favorite watering hole in Manhattan!

Glad I found this!

A little too Lenny? &mdash 09/04/08 - 01:36:14 PM
Maybe something to consider. Still, a very convincing rocker, relentless. The background vocals add a nice touch. Cool backwards guitar solo. Enjoyed, but it sounds like a tragic situation.

I agree with the Lenny... &mdash 09/04/08 - 03:16:29 PM
Totally sounds like it... the Bass & drums mostly create the vibe. What is funny is that I tend to say that LK is such a rip off artist, always sounding like someone else... now I'm sounding like him! LOL!

great song!
good psychedelic feel, esp the ending.
altho definitely the dark side of psychedelic!
I think adding some fills to the drum part would have made it perfect.
I think the guitar riff is great, OK it's a bit like "are you going to go my way" (i think that's the one...) but it's not exactly the same so who cares?
There's a very fine tradition of minor modifications or even outright ripoffs making great rock n roll tunes.

you reclaim the power garage early 70's back from Lenny and put us back where belong, in the real psychedelic.
Outtasite, bro.
