Thanks Feter, thanks a lot. My wife and I decided to start recording together a few months ago and finally have a nice little home studio setup. We will mainly be that folk acoustic feel. Influences are Ben Harper, Dylan, Young, Damien Young, and of course The Beatles. I've also enjoyed your stuff and am always looking forward to hearing something new by you. Peace and Love. Nice melodic tune and the harmony is really great. You might consider doing a how song with the two or even three voices. The timber of the guitar sounds dynamic and full boded. Something that came to mind was to have cello bowed bass as background to ad some bass line to it. Overall great song, though It would have been nice to have posted the words for those with earing impairment. Keep up the good work....... Check out my latest song called Won:23

Love the guitar sequence! This is excellent! Matt... why don't you vocal backup your wife? I think it would sound very cool. Also she would sound so cool double tracked for harmony! Blossoming Ok you two, nice song, performance and vocals. I want to encourage and admonish you to not get lazy in your production. Recording, unlike live performing, takes careful review. That said, please take note of the pre-music scratching and breathing and stuff that only distracts from the song. If the first thing you hear is studio noise the firsts thought from the listener is "What is that?" In Garageband, try pulling the track beginning and ending to just the areas of the musical signal. You can get real close by elongating the timeline. Another thing would be to utilize the noise gate feature. That would help with the noise floor and make the recording less airy sounding. Lastly, and this is important, have a careful listen and put yourself in the consumers seat. If you're like me I'm so anxious to post my song that I'll cut corners and say that's good enough. Then after it's up I keep hearing those things that will forever bug me. It takes a while to write em, it takes a while to record them. Take a little extra time and make that recording you already hear in your head. Check out my latest song called Bass Thoughts

I love your voice so much I like it when the harmony comes in as well - the guitar sound is really rich and full. The song is catchy and could stand many different treatments. Would like to hear to hear you do this with a full band. John. Check out my latest song called coalhouse blues
