I must admit the drums are bit repetitive but I see this is a work in progress. I say build on it put lyrics to it this has allot of potential Enjoyed the guitar work on this !

ah, the sr 16.... &mdash 09/24/08 - 07:31:11 PM
one thing i ditched when i went to the computer based recording.. i recommend drums on demand. easy to come by, sheaper than a drum module, and easy to use. however, if you want to keep your drum machine, you can buy a module like BFD, and use your alesis like a midi pad. play the drums like you would using the machine, yet, once in the computer, thay will be fully tweakable, and alot easier to control and add fills, etc.
songwise, nice rhythm tone, and the accompanying guitar is cool, but maybe a little too far in the back... just me... loved it, and welcome to macjams!

BFD I wish I could afford it? &mdash 10/05/08 - 08:17:16 PM
I apreciate what you say but for the price of BFD I could buy a usable set of drum mikes and record my drummer doing it for real. I am just a struggling film student at the moment and would love BFD and a set of drum mikes but I must make do with what I've got. Maybe when my next student grant comes in I'll buy one or both(ie mikes and BFD)
Thanks for your comment most appreciated. (I wish there was a spell check on here LOL)
Anyway thanks again
Till the next
adventure all the best
Florry

PS loved your stuff (What I'd time to listen to)
