That's exactly what happened. This was my first time composing for a dance company. So I was nervous enough . But they liked it and when I saw it being performed during the tech run I was delighted. The sound boomed and reverbed all over the place but not in a bad way. The dancers made this piece come to life . But that's exactly what happened. perhaps it has too much energy for ambient. however, it is addictive, like caffeine. it has much beauty in the music. it holds your breath, as the dangerous city floats by outside the train window at night. there is danger and beauty mixed into the music. it is a delicate balance. 0x0
