" Must have been the Chardonnay"

200 miles west of Houston, Mr. Grand's plane has been routed to an airport in Brownwood. The storm has built quickly, lightening and turbulence are causing all west bound flights to re route. These things are secondary in John Grand's mind. John Grand simply wants to have his scotch straight up over ice and catch a quick nap. Los Angels will be non stop. The curious thing about some dreams .... the mundane, the normal can be twisted. A very disturbing dream about a routine thing really ... a board meeting. And John Grand can feel the airplane vibrate even in his dreams.

Performance note: Solo vocals and lyrics [ Terry Pearson] Vocal Back Up: Roxylee
All Instruments and Music : Apokafunk

Lyrics:
A most disturbing dream on a plane .....

Here the music sets the stage
The narration works and Apokafunk's music is outstanding.

Talk about your bad dreams, when does the Devil show up. Or is he already here?

Very cool sequence with some outstanding work in the music/sound effects.

Kudos Lady and Gentlemen

Apokafunk and Terry, you rock!
Mr. Grand is possessed now, and he'd better start thinking about his immortal soul. Has money completely taken over? Great sound effects.
Jack, did I mention I think you're a genius?

Man
This is a great dark funk track, with some lovely instrumentation (Is that a harmonica? Sounding somehow Middle Eastern? Or is it keyboards? Whatever it is, it gives a wonderful exotic lilt to the track...) and great playing. That guitar just rocks! Terry, your vocal is great on this - great delivery, and appropriate gravitas. Very cool. Magnificent. Kudos, people. Peace.

Plain spooky
This is so effective. Aggressive guitar. Disturbing theme.

Great narration by Terry.
Roxylee does her lilting thing. Does sound Middle eastern, exotic. Apokafunk is brilliant. :)

Nightmares .....
... are cruel .... but this one was kind of "exciting" .... strap in and get ready for the ride .... this is almost reminiscent of "The Devil Went Down to Georgia" .... Roxy's haunting vocals are enchantingly gripping .... I kept looking over my shoulder .... Terry's speech was also spellbinding ... truly creepy when the voices start to meld ... and (we can do better) came in ... EPIC so far !

track9 "flying through a storm"
So now the truth can be told ... Apokafunk .... Josh is a very close friend of mine ... indeed he is. Terry and I wanted to work on his original track since he first let us hear it. The track was originally to be called Money is Power and would have happened much earlier in the work. Terry crafted something entirely different and add in Josh's lead work and Roxy's backing vox and the track found a new home. Some really wonderful and theatric lyrics here and Josh .... well enjoy him while you can ... he's got a destiny to meet. Sound effects are easy .... the meat of this tune is magic x3! Terry ... you sound so evil man!

It's living, it's breathing, and it's gonna live and breath forever.
Bad, bad dream! Land this sucker in the Andes! Fine with me! Hey Grand, it's time to consider a career change! Jack, you're too much! Rock on, dude!! Terry. (that little devil)! And thanks Roxy. Just wash your hands and you'll be fine.

Scary
One bad-ass sounding mofo of a boardmember there. Very ominous.

I know one thig, this project is quickly making me a fan of Apokafunk.

This is the most
trippy of the tracks. Apocafunk is brilliant. He had me rocking. Wild disjointed dream blending some monologue at a business meeting and voices like telepathic thoughts. It leaves you disoriented. Thanks, once again.
