It has an air about it Bill Love the changes in texture you throw into this one. It has a Delta blues sound, mixed with Southern rock. Very cool combo my friend. Great track for falling on hard times to. Love it Bill. Be well and be cool, Ed Check out my latest song called Just a little Something

There's something in the mixed percussion... ...and the synth, for that matter, that's as Kottke-esque as the guitar... There's something in the percussion, for instance, that isn't--quite--what I would expect as regards where an accent falls, or which instrument plays the accent, but it all ends up WORKING... Gets some of that 'Eight Miles High' or 'When Shrimps Learn To Whistle' feel at times...a bit of tradition coupled with a good sort of quirky... thanks nolan not sure exactly what you mean on how I do that, but all the playing is at one time. I didn't do overlay on the guitar parts. Sometimes I do but not on this tune. Thanks for sharing Check out my latest song called The Bluebird Cafe (with two other guest)

Outstanding Great playing and composing/arranging. Like the changes in tempo and the other instruments just fit in perfectly. The percussion is very subtle and not heavy handed which is a talent all to itself! Another Bill classic! Check out my latest song called Strange Feeling

Crisis What Crisis Sounds like you are weathering the crisis okay so far. The tempo and smooth picking betray some confidence. There is the ominous thunder of the tympani, but then the voices come in. I was not a party on either side of the mortgages that brought this on but there are ripples everywhere now. Thanks Bill Check out my latest song called I Should Have Known
