baladeen many thanks for your comments Feter, I do all the vocals and as i am new to garageband its a slow learning curve. I hope to purchase some instruments and feed these in to the mix, any suggestions regarding a good microphone for use with a mac would be greatly appreciated. Check out my latest song called cleft
