Second part of the series. A lot of narratives that I got thanks to my friend (I will credit mainly on the next song) are in this song, so the lyrics are below (kinda hard to hear the beginning words). NOTE: FOR YOU THAT ARE WONDERING WHAT THAT EERIE SOUND AT THE BEGINNING IS, I'LL GIVE YOU A HINT; FIRST ONE IS THE EMERGENCY ALERT TONE, THEN AFTER THAT, THINK BACK TO WHEN YOU USED TO GET CREEPED OUT BY THE WGBH BOSTON LOGO. Now slow that down by 200 percent, and you got it! Oh, and also, the distorted guitar sound later out in the song (cut up into 1/4 notes) is actually the WGBH ID cut up, amplified, tuned and finalized. Lyrics:
The United States government has issued a civil defense measure effective for all of the Country. This includes outer states Alaska and Hawaii. All citizens are asked to leave their cities (residence) and find a nearby airport where all flights have been cancelled. Do not bring any possessions that take up much space. All flights are now set for a destination on another country. We remind you to stay calm and not panic during these procedures. Since flight seats are very scarce, the rules of first come, first serve are now in order. All stations may NOT resume scheduled broadcasting, as this message will be repeated for the rest of the evacuation. This is not a test or drill, I repeat, there is an evacuation in order for ALL the United States, head to a nearby airport. We will inform you as soon as the situation is over.
