OK, potential collaborators...
This is a very early and very ROUGH demo of a new song I am writing. I'd love to collaborate with some MacJammers on this one. Any takers?
My plan is to use this account to post demos in their very early stages. My thinking is that involving collaborators from the beginning will allow the song to evolve based on other people's ideas, not just my own.
I would love it if some of you guys would work with me on this song. Ideally, I'd love to have some real instrument tracks from other players, but hey, whatever you want to try.
I've only written one verse so far, and the recording has plenty of space for instrumental ideas. If you'd like to contribute, please download the song, add your bit (it only needs to be rough - we're just throwing ideas around at this stage) and upload it here. Username: NolanRoughies | Password: password. Just change the version to Demo 1.2.1, etc.
If you download you download someone else's version, say Demo 1.3.1, and add your bit, post it back as Demo 1.3.2. Something like that anyway. I'm even confusing myself.
Well hopefully some of you will be keen to play/sing/tap/whatever.
We'll see what happens. Remember it's just rough ideas at this stage so don't worry about spending too much time. Just play something and let's hear it!
