Description
I wrote these lyrics several months ago and over the weekend decided to try and put some sound to it. Although there are no vocals laid down yet (working on that), I do have the lyrics included. Not sure it's going to work until I try but I do know it will require a lot of editing in the process. Any feedback and suggestions welcomed...Thank you.

Lyrics
Dancing with the inconsistency of your story,
I have my own version of your truth.
I don't care if what you seek is someone else,
I just don't.

Sentences disconnect and bleed off the wall.
Your ample lies built so tall.
I should have seen it coming.
I could have started running.

A worn and tattered me
blindsided by your victory
left with nothing unspoken
you used my love against me.

I let go the noose.
I should have started running.

The isolation of discovering the unknown
is that sheet of fog begging to be let go.
Laying helpless and not quite discovered,
it hovers like a habitual response.

I let go the noose.
I should have started running.

It's a genuine malfunction
of what you needed
laid barren for all to see;
an isolation of consistency.

Knee deep in deception
opening one eye to what was needed to see.
I should have seen it coming.
I could have started running.

More and less
Thank you Feter! I will certainly try that! It's one of those that I'm unsure whether I like it or not so I'll definitely try your suggestions. I'm thinking that may add more character to it too!

Great bit
of loopage Tracy I am very curious to see how well the lyrics fit. Thanks for your recent visit. I am a fan of anyone who can manipulate loops well. It is another form of art all together, and this shows you are skilled at it.
Peace
Guy

Loopey
Thanks Guy! I am too curious, actually and have a feeling a lot will have to be manipulated in order to work the lyrics in. Should be an interesting feat. I can't wait to play with it some more...

Looping yes or no
Maybe this will be a good song when you put vocals over it, but right now I can't say I like the loops much. It's really like switching one mood on, the other off. I would try to 1. stick with a couple of instruments throughout 2. make transitions as smooth as possible.
