Always a treat Bill
This has the Russian Steppes flavor going for it. Interesting subject, and of course very well done. You are the master my friend. Great track, thanks for posting it.

Be well and be cool,

excellent piece
it goes without saying that you can always deliver the goods.

and of course a great composition. I have to wonder if you hear these compositions in whole, in your head, before you even touch the guitar.

For minuet
I thought I read "I have to wonder if you hear these compositions in a hole in your head, before you even touch the guitar'.

But of course it read:" I have to wonder if you hear these compositions in whole, in your head, before you even touch the guitar".

I enjoy going over phrasings that seem to fit in. I love putting in as much as I can. If I get to predictable then I try to widen it out. It is hard to do that sometimes. I enjoy alot to bring out the flavor of the wood of the guitar. Making the mics as close as possible with out the distortion. There is so much to consider in trying to get a piece that seems different that ones I did before.

So I have maybe a few key chordal fingerpickings, then branch out from there. So guess it's like building rome, it isn't just done in one fell swoop.

Thanks for noticing though Vic!

Ridiculously good.
This kind of playing is so far over my head that I barely know what to say. The right hand technique always eluded me. I guess I know enough about guitar to say that this is masterful. A beautiful composition, as well, with interesting harmonic transitions, dripping with emotion. It's full of musical ideas that I would like to steal (I won't). My hat's off to you, sir!

This is a really nice, organic and flowing performance and recording of the performance...

Neat piece, too...
