Description:
This is the 2nd version that has most (if not all) of the ideas that everyone submitted. I increased the Bass and replayed the part heavier. I added horns at the end and a cheap organ sound throughout the song. Thanks to everyone for the input!!

this is terrific Steve! Don't know how you managed to incorporate a bunch of feedback from different people like that - did everybody agree?? Anyway - this turned out great - nice job!
musichead
What I did was add very very simple parts. You know the less is more thing.
I just tried to stay melodic, Thanks for the listen!!!

to both and I like the improvements you made. The chickin' pickin' guitar riff sounds cool, but with the bass louder and the addition of the organ, it really adds a lot more body to the whole tune. I enjoyed it.

I thought the organ was a big help..Id have to go look back at the last version to see who had that idea. But it was a good one. Thanks for the listen man!!

Thanks for the listen and thoughts. Im from the 70's. But a bit too young for the 60's. But I remember the later 60's. Again. thanks!!!

Bass is rich - as the whole sound is. I like all of the improvements, building to the horns at the end was a great touch.

I used the 77 P bass. Its just like the one I used when I was learning to play. Same finish same year. Second childhood... Thanks for the listen

sounds like a mix of Devo and Dire Straits!
good job Steve
musichead
Hey really thanks for the stop and listen. I think Devo was a fun band. And I can see what you mean about the Dire Straits. I wish I played guitar as well as they do...well thank you for the kind words.
CraizeeMusic
seems like a blend of genres. good work!
I might have reduced some of the depth or the time of the delay. Some of the lyrics were hard to hear due to bleed-over of previous words.
Great work overall. I love the flute/piccolo at the end!
Thanks for sharing!

Im always looking for a blend of genres. Ill listen to that delay. Most of the time. I just use very little effects. Thanks for the tip and listen!!
