Description
Kinda Sad. Lost a friend and mentor. Brought back memories of the passing of my grandmother a few years ago. This is what I came up with.

sentimental
This has a wistful quality, with a twist of wry quirky personality... for some reason I am thinking that this is exactly what you were trying to capture in the memory, and if so, brava! Since the violin (or high cello) is the main voice, I would have preferred it closer to center, but that's only because I usually listen in headphones and it felt a little loud-to-the-left when it came in. But the piece is really quite unique and enjoyable to listen to... made me smile, and even smirk in spots. Such a good friend and mentor would be absolutely touched and honored by such a piece.

I like the Floyd Kramer Country Pianist feel to this, but of course is your own style. Like the country feel to this.

Thanks for sharing

A pleasant surprise to hear this style.

Beautiful
Simple yet crafty harmonies and a great melody. The vibrato on those synthesized strings is a bit exaggerated, but I like the dark quality of the overall sound.

Thanks
I am still trying to get the grasp of the virtual instrument so I guess that explains the overdone vibrato. I am happy that you think it's beautiful though.
