Lyrics:
Workin' all nightI just wanna go home
When I think that I can't go on
Gonna make it good
We had a fight
Turn myself around
Won't get stuck in that big big trap
Gonna make it good
Improve my sight
Time to make the change
Won't get lost in this big big world
Gonna make it good
Gonna make my world
Gonna make my world
Gonna make my world
Gonna make it good
Gonna make it right
Gonna make it right
Gonna make it right

Happy good comments!
It was a nice throw together. I really got into the groove on this one.
I thought I would extend it into a jam piece if anyone would want to solo with it!
Thanks, man!

This would have fitted just fine on some of my vinyl from the 70s Doug (although I doubt the drummers at the time would have worked that hard on the hi-hats!).
You're doing some nice stuff lately.

Welcome to this happy tune! Thanks for staying in touch.
This began as a mix of Grateful Dead meets Robert Plant.
Mostly it's just an expression of energy thing.
Alannah
I like it .... ! Funkadeliciousness!
Doadars Uncle
Nice to see you, Alannah!
Funk-a-psych out!

and bass working on this Doug.
Wish the vocals were a little more forefront for my taste but still very sweet tune!
Doadars Uncle
Welcome!
Yeah, once in a while I remember how bass can really fill in and expand a song!
I've been a bit timid about my vocals, lately. This will someday be remedied!

Love the 70's kinda Frisco sound. Also reminds me a little of the Doors. All that missing there is the organ. Great driving beat and some wicked guitar work on this one.
I do thins the vox needs up in the mix a little so it would cut through better, but that's a small nit.
Thanks for posting this one Doug, great track,
Ed

Thanks for the positive feedback. I could see the Doors. In fact, there was an organ in there. I switched it to a synth and brought it way back. It is more or less to richen the overall sound.
I love doing rhythmic guitar, but am not so good with leads. But it's fun trying!
It would be fun to turn this into a jammer and bring in a lot of solos! Don't you think?

Great energy in this, I like that reverby guitar, cool post!
Doadars Uncle
Welcome! Yeah, I wanted a chunky churny guitar for the base and a lofty guitar for leads and highlights.
Thanks for the visit!

Good singing. I agree that your vocals could 'shine' a little more. Guitar work is great!
