Lyrics
hope
in an endless river
trees they give all they have
friuts full and healing
wake up with eyes half shut
wipe the night before
breathing heavy
sitting asking for more
the never ending day shows no mercy
shows no mercy
still
wonder about that day
that becomes
finds itself
that finished plan
that believes in help again
just tell a lie
its about to end this river tonight
behind the lonely wall we build
and we knew what we would say back
in 1984
motorhead who wants anything more
I was planning forever
I was planning everything
I ever wanted to do
and I think that you knew
when you gave me away
when tell me what to say
and I knew
when you fear
in your heart
what you want
everyday
you just tell me
what to do
what to say
how to think
how to feel
how to feel
how to see
and everyday
that were here
there just tellin us to fear
they want us to fear
what what fear?
in an endless river
trees they give all they have
friuts full and healing
wake up with eyes half shut
wipe the night before
breathing heavy
sitting asking for more
the never ending day shows no mercy
shows no mercy
still
wonder about that day
that becomes

...I understood your lyric. To me, it's so obscure that I can't really figure it out, and I don't want to speculate about what I THINK it means. But musically, this is really well-produced and certainly very intricately orchestrated with well-thought-out additions here and there. The percussion track -- a loop? Oh...oops, it just...ended. I sort of wanted at least a fade out of instruments...Just a thought.
Hey. Glad you posted this. I don't write anything like this, but I appreciate the effort and cleverness it takes to do what you have done. Thanks. (Oh, and I think you bother because...well...because your song DOES have an audience that wants to hear you speak.)
Peace.
