More Drums! I love when the beat comes in...the dry african percussion over the ethereal soundbed. As the piece draws to a close you may want to vary the drums a little. If you listen to African drumming you will hear small embellishments and percussive runs over the primary beat. Throw some of these in to break up the beat a little and draw the listener into the conclusion. Check out my latest song called Galaxy Band 8

Great Like the dawning of a new age. Well orchestrated. Some strident vocalizing, or horn over the basic bed would be nice, too, and give a reason for it to be longer. I like Bubowski's idea of varying the percussion, although that might not be possible if you're using real instrument loops. Perhaps a change in dynamic levels? Excellent, evocative piece! Yes! Thank you comments! Bubowski and kristyjo true: Indeed ,the percusson and drum is monotonous. The string is shrill. I correct. This is headphone version! Check out my latest song called violbient

Great sound! Really liked this one. Nice contrast with the heavenly synths and the deep tribal drums. A bit short perhaps, but maybe that can be "fixed" ?! Thank you! /Henke Check out my latest song called Heading for Alpha Centauri (mj space race 2009)
