Description
This is a mix that relates to a soundscape as the backdrop to a film about the Tree of Life, and relates specifically to the description 'My Hair - The Trees of Eternity' and the symbolism behind that.
The mix has a basic Ambient multitrack theme which I then 'ground' (as in a coffee grinder scenario) through Astralis FX, a simple effects processor. This proceeded to cajole the original track with all sorts of sound-colour teases. The output I stored to a safe area, later put it in an empty jar and shook it rather like some sort of snow globe.
The rest is, as they say, a waste of history. Let me have one moment of madness per month and I'll be able to sleep at night.
