Description

This is definitely my last offering for 2008. It is the second of my Drive Time mixes and was done around the same time as #1 but was never uploaded because of the background noise, so let me know what you think of this mix and if the background noise spoils the effect.

Thanks for all your support this year. I've learned a lot about the kindness of others and about music and its production.

I am sorry...
...to not have any constructive things to say about this (or most of your compositions). I find them all superbly mixed and thoughtfully constructed...and in such a unique and individual way. I don't believe I could ever write music like this. On the other hand, why should I try? You have cornered the market and produce these soundscapes like they are just perfectly formed in your head. (And, no, I do NOT think background noise detract a whit from your mix.)... Looking forward to your 2009 offerings already.

Happy New Year.

The method to bring these soundscapes to completion is one of an idea becoming 'some musical sounds' of whatever mix. Then the work becomes one of blending together other sounds that would seem to work together. My main aim being to have contrast and something of quality that will also evoke thought.

there is a great value
in these type of sounds I think, love the relaxing flowing feel. With the stress of the day, in business and just plain living. You know many times it is pieces like this that can take one out of the rat race world and kick back on let go!

A unique sounds as well! Very calming in a running kind of way!

Happy New Year to you.

I have had this one lying around on one of my drives since I produced Drive Time #1 but thought it 'noisy' so didn't upload it until now. I'm glad I let others decide if it made the mark or not.

All my current uploads are for anyone to do with what they feel (as far as collaboration is concerned). There will be other, new music that will be available during 2009 that will be for specific fellow Macjammers such as yourself. I just need to lay a few tracks down and contact others asking for their input.

	What background? I love extraneous noises of all kinds. Actually, your background becomes kind of meaningless after a while. At some point it doesn't contribute more information to the track. Other than that, a smooth ride full of cool synth sounds. What instruments do you use? Check out my latest song called Desert Stars
