Description
The other day, I thought I might try and do a song with guitar. Well, being me, I can't do a song without orchestral elements, so this is what came out of it. So this doesn't really fit the Heavy Metal category entirely. Yeah, couldn't think of a good title either...

I know this song is probably rather unoriginal, but I had a lot of fun making it. I used some instruments I hadn't used before, and I got to test drive some of my EWQL instruments (wow!). I challenged myself to somehow combine the two sounds of the heavy guitar, and film scoring orchestral, and then bridge the gap.

Hope this is enjoyable to someone. I know it's short; I didn't really want this to go on a while, and your ears will probably thank me. :)

So -
This is perfect for one of those dark comic book character movies. Batman comes to mind. Action & excitement meets self-searching angst.

Re: Feter
Yes I did challenge that a bit in this song, literally within the song itself. :) It'll probably be a while before I 'pick up' the grungie guitar again, but it was fun to play around with it. Thank you as always Feter.

Messed up prior comment a bit.
I liked it .
I would say there is a lot I could learn from it.
I would say you could be a bit of a Michael Lynch.
Dark and exciting , like what Kristyjo said perfect for Batman or some epic like that.
It could be used for a lot of things I think .
Keep up the good work. thanks for sharing.

Re: cormacbrenock
Thank you for the compliments! Michael Lynch? I'll have to look him up. Honestly, I surprised myself with this song. Especially the middle section. I look forward to expanding on that kind of sound in a future song. For something that I had a lot of fun making, I'm glad that you enjoyed listening to it (twice no less!). :)
