Happy Hour!

Description
This is another experimental analogue recording from the vaults, touched up with some extra vocals. Quite a strange piece, I'm sure you'll agree... with a deranged recorder and dueling drum machines that complete a complete phase (in the old sense).

It's Happy hour... it's bewitching hour... enjoy if you dare!

Pans labrynth
Cool collage of guitars and rhythm.
Sort of like Throbbing Gristle with Reeves Gabrels on guitar.
Mix was bit confused and would maybe benefit from a clean up and hopefully not lose any of the power or feel of it but a cool track

Thanks -
Big fan of TG - and Reeves was manic on the guitar for Bowie. I tried my best with the mix - but this is an old analogue - and I'm not sure it gets any better. Cheers though!

Happy hour
is a analogue dream. Love that vocal sounds chilling and really fits the track. Guitar and backing track is awesome and demonic which i am enjoying. Lots of strange noises which whirls and swirls around and places me in your Gothic period. Excellent.

Absolutely right Steve...
This is indicative of what I was doing early to mid 90s. Thanks for listening!

Happy Hour
I must confess that I didn“t like the title...
But the music is great.
Reminds me of Bauhaus, one of my favorite bands.
Really liked the drum machines, they make one feel the piece could collapse anytime and still it is tight.
They also sound great. So does the guitars!
Enjoyed.

Mine's a Bloody Mary...
And definitely not a Tequila Sunrise! Love that drum machine stuff - reminded me a bit of some of the crazy but effective things Czukay and Wobble did with drum machines in the '80s. Lots of drive and energy - enjoyed.

Love Holgar and Jah...
Holgar did some amazing stuff with David Sylvian too - and Jah with Eno. Nice to get such comparisons!

have i told you
i have a soft spot for gothic rock? sshh...it's a secret. dude, i love this. don't tell anyone, but i really do. i closed my eyes and let the chaotic intensity wash right over me, felt like i had been given some heavy drugs and left to sway in the middle of a smoky dance floor. your bass vocals are great. very cool stuff. is there anything you can't do?

Wow Daniel
Your vault must be huge! You just keep pulling out this killer stuff that you have "shelved" which for many of us would be major accomplishments!

This is as Kingbee said a Labrynth... I'm like lost in all this amazing sound!

Tribal
Daniel,
The opening bars of this number reminded me of the opening chant from "The Lion King" -- sort of an African sound in a way that was tribal...and compelling. I really like this "experiment" because it is bold and eclectic and very unique.
Peace.
