Stand back
Heavy Duty Funk coming through.

Great track Norman with a lot going on to hold your interest. Kind of a Latin-Funk thing going on in the break and throughout this, which is very cool. Love the lead riffs and rhythm jabs from about 3:00 on.

All in all a fine rocking funk tune my friend, I love it.

Quite the swath
of time periods here with the plethora colorful musical expressions comprising this provocative piece. Apart from the funk there is a great influence on jazz and fusion that takes control of the general spirit. That flute took me right back to the Village days in steamy New York, lower east village times of the "60". Good riffs and well put together. But alas, this is a no download bummer, what a blood clot. So I guess I won't ever hear this one again. It was fun while it lasted..............

Another fine tune Norman......Sorry I haven't been around for a while. I had a major illness and operation that kinda knocked the wind out of my sails.... Just now starting to get back into playing. As always you deliver a terrific perfomance on guitar. Your musicianship is inspiring. This song has much going for it. Your songs just keep getting better and better...you know I love funky, jazzy, latin, and horn section driven tunes too!!!!

Funktastic!
I love listening to your lead work, it's truly an inspiration to me. At a lower level of chopsmanship, I still can relate to the desire to wail and yet realize the need to hold back at times. I'm not always successful at that, but you've got the three things it takes here: always-interesting chops; the judgement to have something dynamic to say with those chops, and an indefatigable presence--just can't hold you down. What a fun ride!
