Description
This time for Ed.
This was my first Collaboration on line and on macjams.
I wrote this song on a beach vacation. I had tried this song with the last band I use to play with and was never satisfied with the outcome. One day I attended my nephews wedding and there was this lady who sang "Wind Beneath My Wings", it just blew me away and I knew then I needed to find someone with a strong and beuatiful female voice to sing this piece.
Many years later after breaking up with the band and totally ignoring my guitar for several years, my wife bought me an iMac. I soon discovered GarageBands simplicity and began to record my music ideas. I later found iComposition.com when searching for some additional loops and ended up joining. While there a radio announcer by the name of Blaine Transue from KSVY introduced himself and through him I found out about macjams. After posting a couple of songs on this site Emily Rohm showed some interest and offered some encouragement. After checking out some of her compositions I knew then I had found someone to sing Tomorrow.
Emily excepted the task and here are the results. I've recently tweaked the mix with Logic but the majority of this composition was done on GarageBand. I still get goose bumps every time I hear Emily sing.
Thanks Emily.

Lyrics
Time passes like the water flowing down a stream finds a way to the sea
And life is also like the water many goals to meet a way of life to seek
And I won’t give up tomorrow so many things to see so many things to do
So why think of all your sorrows look what’s ahead of you the past will come back to you...
Rain or shine there comes another season the world won’t stop it’s spinning it keeps going around
Like our lives things happen with no reason we keep grinding on though things might go wrong
And I won’t give up tomorrow so many things to see so many things to do
So why think of all your sorrows look what’s ahead of you the past will come back to you...
Lead:
And the sun dances cross the ocean hides behind the sea night time takes over me
And my life may have only started have to wait and see what my future may bring
And I won’t give up tomorrow so many things to see so many things to do
So why think of all your sorrows look what’s ahead of you the past will come back to you...
