Those seagulls sound pissed. There's a lot going on in this song considering it's inspired by emptiness. I really liked it, especially the bass, the guitars and whatever that orchestral sounding string was. But since I have to complain about everything, I think it would have been better without the synth track. I don't like synths on a personal level so maybe that's why. Also, good job on avoiding the way too many sound effects trap. The seagulss at the beginning were cool and I was glad to hear them fade out as the song got going. After the storm Watching by the sea for the boats that will never come back. Looking down the pier, hoping against hope for the safety of loved ones out at sea. That's the picture my mind sees in this musical photograph. and it's very compelling. Very well produced and mixed with wonderful touches like the cello, and string section. Ahhh so ....dreamy ...very artful ..and true to the subject ...
it might be sad ...sometime floydian ...it has a very nice depth !!!
but its so thoughtful ...the cello was the master touch ..kudos ...
