Description
I've used [and abused] some loops from the Classic jampack in this tune. The loops have been chopped up quite a bit! I'm not so keen on many of the Apple instrument presets therein, so I've used the Albino and Zebra synths to get all the sounds. There's a little bit of dub delay too.

Not too sure about the genre! But I think it has a classical feel. My wife likes this one: I may not have posted it up otherwise. Elroy, btw, was one of her mentors when she was training to be a dancer. I really like this photo of him. I hope it's OK to do this.

Thanks for listening. :-)

And you can also watch in glorious Technicolor, should you wish. Click on the film link below.

Thanks Karen
She may not like it now! I spent a long time on the mix, so maybe she's sick of the sound of it. :-)
She's a Karen too, btw.

Yes, cheers! By OK, I was worried about using the photo. The person who owns them didn't mind though, in fact said she liked the tune!

Thank you
My wife lives for contemporary dance and is very much involved in its delivery here on Merseyside. Maybe this music could be used for a piece. That would be nice! I did have one of mine used a couple of years ago. It was amazing watching people performing to my music. They used the wrong mix though, somehow, the rough, unmastered one!

Thanks again. :-)

great sounds
for dance and to get the mental pictures flowing... you've chosen well and composed an excellent piece of music, which is also very cinematic sounding.... beautifully 'light', cheers M

Thanks Mo
Your own music and the stuff I do are very different, of course, but it's nice to know we can appreciate and like each other's work. One of the things I really like about sites such as this. Such a wonderful variety of sound.

Thanks again. :-)

This is
lovely Dave - so bright and breezy. I get a sort of gypsy/circus feel from it too. I can also definitely envisage it being danced to. Solid production too.
Cheers
Len

great sound choices
this is playful and mischievous. i love the synth sounds you chose - everything is so crisp and clear. great stuff. the underlying, longer notes help keep it all from flying away. very cool.
