WINTER ahh the piano sound so emotional here ...you really set a great arranged Jazz gombo behind the piano which do great conversation to the piano as it carried the theme ...very solemn and deep ...thnx alot for sharin !!!! Satie waltz Has a clean Erik Satie feel. I am thinking it might sound much better without any percussion. The drumming is not at all jazz-like, is too forward, and its simple 8th note pattern doesn't add anything, in my ears. Also, the over elegance of the piece is hampered by the occasional random hits. I think the belles and harp and other subtle additions are buried behind the distracting ride cymbal. Otherwise, a very enjoyable. Check out my latest song called Forge A New Life (MJRF)

WINTER TM- Yes, I have long considered the drumming to be the weak link in this piece. I improvised it rather randomly and just got used to it, its rondomness a kind of counterpoint to the rather predictable movement of the rest of the piece. Would eventually like to get a real drummer on this one. Thanks for your excellent feedback. Check out my latest song called Satie's Gnossienne #2
