Several things song craft... there is a thread of mystery that runs through this... you're a seasoned songster apparently... your voice is killer... and the melodies are so singer/listener friendly.... you took this the extra mile too... you did the work... when my ear is wanting a bridge you roll it out perfectly... that bridge was wonderful.. what cool break from an already compelling song... production and performances are all very good... i know you claim to be a hobbiest, but it's evident that you ake your hobby seriously... small nit..... I would love to read the lyrics while I listen... excellent work Scott Check out my latest song called Good Morning

Sorry about that I'm working on the lyrics, Scott. I got the same response on another thread - I name my lyric files random things, so the text files get lost more often than not. I'll be sure to type them out shortly. I'm grateful for the compliments. Just as an aside... do you do that to? I'm always listening to tracks and catching where a bridge or change "should" be. LOL. I do that a lot. As in, "wow this song would be great if they just slide in a change right... here." :) I was thinking of what now seems an unrelated song when I wrote this one - Radiohead's Paranoid Android, which has some very distinct changes that are all well married. Another one would be Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody. Mine isn't nearly as epic as the aformentioned, but those are great examples of creating distinct "movements" in one song. It's nice to know I was somewhat successful in that experiment. Thanks, brother. Check out my latest song called The World (In Little Pieces)
