enlightening and freaking hilarious I knew this one was going to be funny, because I started laughing just after the first few piano notes...and then the "interruption" just floored me..anyway, something tells me you might like this family musician project...I think they are damn cool (in a groovy nerdy kind of way)...check them out: http://www.slideshowplayers.com/mm.html... watch the video for "Mountain Trip to Old Japan" Check out my latest song called Gossamer dissected

Happy And Useful!! Jolly good! A song with purpose! Remind me to send you some of my marzipan confections. Please tell me that the "jesus complexion line" was one of yours and not actually printed in a recipe for the mass public. Geeez . . . it is getting harder to tell what's reality anymore . . . Kids in the Hall meet Jack Handey This reminded me of your compatriots Kids in the Hall....could easily have been one of their hilarious bits. It is also reminiscent of Saturday Night Live's old skit, "Deep Thoughts, by Jack Handey". I absolutely LOVED the dissonant piano notes creeping in, then the brass BLAST. What the ___f? It better not happen again! I would have taken the dissonant piano even further out, maybe exaggerate the recipe instructions a bit more too. This was subtly funny. I guess I wanted it a bit more obvious slapstick, USA style. Great job, almost died of laughter and indigestion. Check out my latest song called EPONYM

Kids in the Hall meet Jack Handey BlackLily gave me a similar tip of the hat, refering to it as very subtle, Canadian humour. And for some reason I am reminded of a quote by John Cage after attending a performance of Handel's Messiah: "I don't mind being moved, but I don't like to be pushed." Not terribly pertinent, but one of my favorite quotations anyway. Oh and I love the Jack Handey bits. Have two books of deep thoughts. Thanks for the comment! blatently subtle This was exquisitely funny to me... setting the stage with a comically bland/boring music background & recipe instruction, simply to have the host "startled"... for some reason this has gotten me erupting into giggles at very unexpected times (like during bland meetings at work) for the past 3 days now, just remembering it... great job! I think you did the "startled" bit and follow-up lines perfectly, completely deadpan. Gotta play this for my kids and see if I can infect them now, bwahaha... ttfn, Drakonis Check out my latest song called Lullaby for the Inner Child

Not too many... tracks could get away with the word "bejeezus" but this one does with flying colours! This was just plain hilarious! Very clever with the "Werthers" bit, "What the f*" and of course, the "Bejeezus" where you seem to transform into a Wisconsin citizen. You may actually shape your thing by nudging the edges with a knife or your finger nails?!? HAAA!!! Check out my latest song called With You

Sweet and delightful... An eloquent display of your humor, your heart, and some fine background piano loops. Merry Christmas! Jack |

Funny stuff I could have done w/ just a bit less reverb/echo on this - and I think it would have still been as funny (but maybe just a bit easier to get). Check out my latest song called Big Bad World - Live 1-16-2009 plus - MJRF

Funny stuff You'll never get to hear it but I remixed it with less reverb and it is better. Also added more dissonant piano as per Cameron's suggestion. Thanks for the comments! Check out my latest song called Wake Up (Pooey Remix)

You are great! LOL! You are super funny man! Not to be confused with Batman or Superman... I have listened to a good chunk of your songs now and have either bobbed my head along or laughed! Like this one it was great! My favorite part was when you talked about Jesus's skin tone and be sure to use a Wurthers ( I think?) candy for his face! THAT ROCKED! Iam still laughing! Keep these coming I espically encourage you to do more instructional how to's!!!! Are those your candy creations by the way??? Take care!!! P.S. I think I got too excited over this song but how can't you??? Check out my latest song called I wear flowers for you

I downloaded this months ago… … and put it onto one of my many Christmas iTunes playlists. I always meant to return and vote/comment on it but never did. Oops! Besides, it's hard to type whilst wearing oven gloves… Loved this the first time I heard it and it makes me laugh every single time. What more can one ask for? The brass blast and your response was just the icing on the cake… Christmas cake, obviously. Check out my latest song called Fiddler Off the Roof w/Komrade K & Caroline
