not often you hear something around these parts in 3/4
time! i think that's due to the lack of 3/4 loops. i'd really
like to hear you lay down some strings in the background.
that or get a nice fretless bass going on in the
background with a simple brush set.

Excellent intimacy on the vocals. The little popped p's
make it sound like alive performance. Very sweet
deceptively simple song with thought-provoking lyrics
that have more behind them than they let on. (Why don't
you post all your lyrics?) This song, I think, could use a
variation in a later verse, coming from an additional voice,
like a violin or clarinet solo, something to give it's second
half more life. It would add depth and poignancy to the
message too, perhaps.

I'm unfortunately lacking in technical knowledge and have only just discovered Garageband on my boyfriend's I-Book. I don't know where to start or what I need. Help...anyone...??
