Description
This a piece from my "Father to Father" CD of orchestral pieces. The piece is prefaced with a poem fragment read by my brother, Jonathan Staniforth - an original work of the same title. The piece starts with a choral section (a uni-choir of me) in a round that continues throughout. The orchestral instruments come in at intervals, starting with the strings and followed by the woodwinds and horns. The idea is that we all have our own level of sunkenness, whether it be addiction, love, religion, ambition, greed, or other mono-manias.

Char
are in the uni-choir? It sounds like something from a play or a dark Swedish film. Yes, I've seen a few of those. Psychological and spell-binding. Thanks.
