Description
The Harbour page on my website details how I made contact with a friend, Louise Sandall, after a break of more than 30 years. She is now a highly successful author and continues to sing beautifully with a strong clear voice. A friend of hers recorded her on guitar singing this excellent Tim Laycock song which Louise sent to me to finish off. I hope I've done that in the best possible way, to borrow Roxylee's comment, with the addition of some old salt garnished with a closing remark.

You had me laughing Roxy, that was very witty! Louise had originally suggested an instrumental accompaniment but the recording was very slightly off-key and couldn't be done so that old feller came and joined in. I've adapted my introduction on this page to match your comment! Thank you for your contribution!

Thanks, Relic! The old feller is pleased with your comment!
I'm enjoying your songs too; I played Fair Maid On The Shore before I went out for a cycle this afternoon and had it on my brain the whole time. It kind of fitted with the rhythm of my pedalling up some long steep hills. I forgot all about singing on the way down. It was a bit hairy and needed my full attention!
