Description
Second try with Garageband. It needs finishing off as it is a bit short. Vocals would be nice. Anyone fancy having a shot? Any suggestions welcome.

Sounds wonderful
Love it:) The guitar tones are gorgeous the piano loop sounds very familiar though:)
However , it all blends in beautifully.

Pianos
Thanks for your support, glad you liked the mix. The piano part uses loops from Garageband, as unfortunately I can not play that well. The bass line uses loops as well, although I could have played it. The guitars are all my own though, using Garageband's amp simulators. Sorry about the delay in replying, pigeons take such a long time to fly to the USA.

Welcome to MacJams
You're obviously having some fun discovering GarageBand. Nice guitar work to augment the structure, and a pleasant upbeat vibe to it all. I'd encourage you to have a go at singing even if you think you're not that great at it. Singing is mostly a matter of confidence ... go for it and you might surprise yourself.

And you're a fellow Brit, eh? We're slowly taking over.

Bitten by the bug...
Hehehe... welcome to the addictive world of GarageBand, Macs, and Macjams! Good job putting together the backing loops for you to play guitar over, and nice guitar work too. I would definitely suggest boosting the bass track a little, or better, going ahead and playing the bass part yourself. The guitar part is short, but I assume that is because you will be filling vocals in soon. I second Rebsie, you ought to record the vox yourself, you'll be surprised how much fun it is. Nice photo! Welcome!

Thank you for your support. Lyrics are sort of finished so I will be posting soon. I have been thinking about the mix as I have been experimenting with vocal sounds. I am glad you liked the picture it is a sunset as seen from my front door, taken last summer.
