Description
This song is about the sacrifice my parents made when they left their family, friends and home to follow God's calling and move to Brazil to be missionaries. This is my interpretation of what it takes to reach the gates of heaven. It may sound bleak but it was a life fulfillment by two great people. My parents worked for the Foreign Mission Board in Brazil for 38 years. My dad passed away several years ago and I consider him my greatest hero. My mother now lives not too far away in an assisted living home longing to spend time with her family. If you were to know what testimony is all about then you might have had a conversation with my parents.
