Song Description

The man credited with the longest moon walk in history when he was a member of the much-lauded Apollo program in 1971, has called on the U.S. government to end its cover up concerning alien life.

Former Apollo astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell addressed the National Press Club on the subject earlier this week after attending a conference dedicated to the research of UFO existence.

"We are being visited," he told reporters. "It is now time to put away this embargo of truth about the alien presence. I call upon our government to open up... and become a part of this planetary community that is now trying to take our proper role as a spacefaring civilisation."

Cool piece - I'm there - let's get it on
I've never believed that we were the only ones out here. It would seem an impossibility to be alone in this vastness.
Really like what you've done here - will have to come back for a proper headphone listening.

And it's about time too
I've never believed the government's denial of the "UFO and Alien" situation. That's not to say I believe in some of the wilder claims from some of the people on the other side of this issue, but I cannot imagine the infinity of space being populated by one lonely blue world.

You music is well done and ethereal enough to get my attention. And it relates well to the subject at hand, Bill so kudos to you and Edgar Mitchell for demanding truth form the government.

Nice piece Bill, I like it a lot man.

I have no idea.
But if you can believe in God aren't you already believing in a being who exists in a different dimension than we do? And if you are sure that there is no God, then everything is chaos, haphazard and therefore without intelligent plan. I've never seen an alien. I've never seen God. I think Dr. Mitchell is crying in the wilderness. So, I hear searching and frustration in this. Thanks.

Great tune! I like the changes in the middle, and the whispering. I'm listening on my cheapest speakers, right now. I'll check it again later...

E.T.? Why not be open the possibilities?

Don't want to join the debate going on here, Like my dad said. Never talk politics, religion, and space men. Hell of a tune though. Second listen with the phones was killer, What a mix. Great job.

Disclosure, eh?
First of all, great tune. Really a masterfully complex piece of work. Nice picture, too. Well, it sounds like Mitchell is propagandizing on NASA's behalf. I can't believe that he's lost his marbles. Obviously, if there was a genuine coverup, Mitchell wouldn't be touring this kind of nonsense. Think about it. I figure the chance for the existence of extraterrestrial intelliegence is 50/50. Either there is or there ain't (just kidding). The more we learn about the conditions required for the existence of intelligent life on Earth, the more the probabilities (vis a vis the Drake Equation) shrink. The days of Saganistic optimism have already passed. We may indeed be alone. Arguments citing the "infinity" of the universe don't hold water, since (1) it's not infinite (2) it's mostly "space." I've been impressed with counter-arguments based on the Great Filter. Check it out.

Apologies for the diatribe. Cool song, Smokey.

A subject
I firmly believe in... If there is not extraterrestrial life then like in the movie contact... "it seems like an awful waste of space..."

soundtrack for a docudrama
Of course there are UFOs but abductions might be government mind control experiments (see Martin Cannon). Lots of military pilots have legit stories. Good audio sensory stuff.
