Ode to Gary Numan (1st Mix)

Get Flash to see this player.

Description
Just a very rough 1st take mix of a song that just sounded like something Gary Numan would have written. Hence the name...
The Bass line was done on my Fender Precision bass and mic'ed with my RockBand USB microphone on my Bassman 100 amp into GarageBand. Once in GarageBand I ping ponged the bass line using 2 tracks and added some effects to the bass tracks. The drums were hammered out on the Qwerty keyboard using a basic rock drum kit. The keyboards were also qwerty keyboard using GarageBand samples.

Funny
I just started listening to The Pleasure Principle a couple of weeks ago. It was the first time in 20 some years. I forgot how much I liked it.-It is reminiscent of Gary Numan and I look forward to see what you do with it.
