dangerlove WOW ..this is so powerful ...I mean ..huge production ...the mixing is fabulous ...and its like an Art Rock ...has deep elements ..the vocal so crystal clear and there with emotions serving the song ...indeed so right there ...kudos ...thnx alot for sharin such Art !!!! Welcome to MJ! Straight out of the box, the guitar is really nicely recorded, as is the vocal and percussion. Excellent skills in playing and singing, and some careful thought has obviously gone into the arrangement. Your vocal reminds me of Blue Nile, as does the feeling of the song itself. I'm getting what seems like a little bit of distortion/clipping on the sustain part of the bell-like percussion at times in the quieter passages. But on speakers this might not be as noticeable perhaps. Fantastic first post - this should go down really well with the troops. Like it a lot!! DangerEmo Welcome to town. Great first post, you really made an impact. A couple remarks: Hand drums wander off, yea it still works, maybe it is annoying, I'm used to wandering drums. The mallets are scored too loosley, add some dissonance here, this would give some more sparkle. Off key guitar is never in tune and is cliche. Startling yes, but the effect only satisfies on the first listen. Vocals are impressive and the acoustic guitar is satisfying. This Daug is looking forward to your next posts. Love it.
